Transforming Lactation Care

Helping nourish babies
by nurturing mothers

Serving mamas of the greater Springfield and surrounding areas as a skilled ALPP Certified Lactation Counselor® (CLC), I fully believe helping to nourish babies begins by first nurturing the mother. In addition to my knowledge and skillset in lactation counseling and education, I also have prior years of experience spent serving as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the mental health field. While this additional skillset has provided me with a wealth of knowledge in trauma-informed care and counseling skills, it is my own journey through motherhood that I feel has equipped me most to sit empathetically with mamas navigating their own unique feeding journeys. It is truly my honor to utilize all of these skill sets to walk alongside you in these emotion-filled moments, as we work towards accomplishing your feeding goals.

I can’t wait to meet you!

  • “I can’t speak highly enough of Bayli! Bayli was knowledgeable, down to earth, and made me feel supported and listened to from the moment I met her…”

    Raquel, First Time Mama

  • Bayli is wonderful to work with. She has done two breastfeeding classes for us- one for expecting moms and one as a training for volunteers. She wants to see each mom and baby succeed. She is full of wisdom and encouragement. She is professional and kind. I highly recommend Bayli, you cannot go wrong with using her as a lactation counselor!"

Nicole P.- Executive Director of the Pregnancy Resource Clinic of Springfield, OH

  • Bayli came into my life at a time when I was my most vulnerable. I felt defeated from a difficult birth, and feeding my baby felt impossible and foreign. She supported me every step of the way and had so much wisdom and knowledge to share. I credit my breastfeeding success to her gentle guidance and support.
